Davis Business Consultants is comprised of mentors, coaches, consultants, and trainers, who together have over 100 years of experience with challenging business environments and diverse industries. To date, we have supported countless organisations and transformed several unprofitable enterprises into multi-million Euro successes. We have a track record of turning company losses to profits in less than six months.

The skilled team at Davis Business Consultants is comprised of Certified Management Consultants, fellows of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, practitioners of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Engineers Ireland, and the International Coach Federation. And unlike many other training providers, Davis Business Consultants is recognised as an approved training organisation by FAS, ILM, and FETAC.

Paul Davis

Davis Business Consultants is headed by its Managing Director and Founder, Paul Davis who maintains an active, hands-on involvement in all projects and client relations. For over 20 years, in addition to heading his own successful organisation, Paul has worked as a trusted adviser, consultant, and coach across a wide-range of industry sectors, including: consultancy, construction, high- and low-tech manufacturing, service, and nationwide retail. Paul has sat on the Boards of many European organisations and is known for his strong commercial acumen, his passion for excellence and his exceptional ability to identify the constraints of a business and quickly implement plans for change. In addition to being a member of the International Coach Federation, he is a Certified Management Consultant, an NLP Business Practitioner, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a FAS and NUIM approved trainer. As well as running his own successful business, Paul is also a business mentor for Enterprise Ireland and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Enterprise Board, and has had many articles published in countless publications including; The Sunday Times, The Law Society Gazette, Architecture Ireland, Inside, The Professional Insurance Broker and Risk Manager. Paul has also delivered many thought provoking and practical business growth workshops on behalf of The Law Society of Ireland, PLATO Ireland and The Interiors Association of Ireland.
