Last week I visited a client who sends out personalised notes of appreciation to his employees, outlining specific traits and contributions (along with tickets for various entertainments) to people who show real dedication and bring in good results every quarter. No set working hours, or the need to come to the office – the rule is: whatever makes You most productive.
Based on the numbers I would say productivity there is at over 130% on average.
