Mental Fitness During Covid-19 – Free Webinars

These webinars are to support those that may be finding it difficult to mentally deal with all that needs to be done, let alone manage their business or job during the Covid-19 situation.

For many, they can handle all of this in their stride, albeit that it imposes constraints and different ways of working.

However for others, this event can just be the trigger that sends them over the edge.

And I don’t want that to happen. To anyone.

Over the years I’ve mentored many business owners and executives to manage resilience and thoughts of suicide, especially during the recession.

Any many people will know of my own history of dealing with this for some thirty years, before doing my own research and discovering more sustainable and efficient ways of managing fears, anxiety, depression and suicide ideation.

And because of this research and the experiences of working with business owners and executives, I know that this current period will play its toll on a lot of people.

On the first webinar I’ll share some of the immediate strategies that you can take in order to dissolve some of the fear and anxiety, and therefore be best placed to take control of your situation.

Then over the coming weeks, I’ll build on the information and strategies, and will answer peoples concerns, and provide support.

There is no cost for these webinars.

I know that people won’t talk to others about what they’re are really thinking inside. That’s why I’m trying to make everything as anonymous as possible.
